When the court reviews the evidence collected in Ms. C’s case along with my professional qualifications, they will see that my expert testimony meets and complies with the Federal Rules of Evidence Rule 702 (FRE 702), testimony by expert witnesses. My testimony meets the FRE 702 standards due to my educational and work experience. My master’s degree in forensic psychology along with experience completing assessments make me a qualified professional; therefore, meaning I know what I am talking about rather than making uneducated guesses and recommendations. I am also well trained and experienced in assessing the psychological data obtained from these psychological assessments. By having this training and experience, it allows me to recommend effective treatment methods and programs to the individual involved in the consultation.All psychological assessments, tools, and principles used in my psychological consultations meet the Daubert standard as well by producing valid and reliable results and being widely used and accepted in the scientific community.
