These include a)Openness: The relative curiousness to new experiences, interests, creative activities, and other abstract ideas. b)Conscientiousness: The relative reliability or dependability of an individual to its tasks. c)Extraversion: the relative extent of an extrovert (outgoing, more expressive, gregarious)or introvert (more thoughtful, unassertiveness) traits of an individual)Agreeableness: Describes the cooperativeness, trusting, altruistic nature of a person. e)Emotional stability: It describes the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The trait of being less anxious, nervous, and insecure. (Langton et al., 2019, p. 50)Section 1 describes my “Big 5 personality test” results: their positive and negative impacts on my personal and professional life.
