About Me I am a clinical child psychologist, licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.The evidence collected in this case and my qualifications listed above, my testimony meets the FRE 702. The testimony I give meets the FRE 702 based on my educational experience, working with children who have experienced traumatic events, individuals addicted to drugs and alcohol and families who have experienced neglect from others. My experience and education have trained me in being able to assess psychological data collected during assessments given to clients to determine their treatment needs. My testimony includes the principles that are reliable and valid based on the facts of Ms. C’s assessment that were collected. My education and experience allow me to determine the best course of actions involving treatment through psychological evaluations.I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with my master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. I am a consultant for Child Protective Services in Cleveland, Ohio. My educational background consists of courses focused on Assessment in Forensic Psychology,Ethical Practices in Psychology, Psychology in the Courtroom, and Intersection of Law in Psychology.

My background in undergraduate courses also includes Theories of Personality,Child and Adolescent Psychology and Measures and Assessment.I also have my Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification which helps with those experiencing troubles because of their addiction to drugs and alcohol. I have been involved in areas of professional qualifications that include experience working with children involved in traumatic life events,parents who are trying to change their way in life to become a better individual to society, a full understanding of psychological treatments and assessment, children who have experienced neglect, and able to pay close attention to details. I can evaluate individuals who may require treatment and can recommend treatments that will be beneficial to them in their situation. I have worked with individuals addicted to drugs and alcohol who have been involved in the legal system.
