The decline in the morale of the workers, productivity, quality and trust in management can be a few areas that has been effected the decision of the company.
Poor interaction with from management may be a root cause of the above mentioned organizational issues. A simple plan will always start to unravel when to many complicated parts are introduced.
Engstrom thought a simple redesign of its production line would be a seamless transition, but instead it added more complicated parts to the original plan.
New technology is supposed to simplify a previous process, but when u mix new tech with people resistant to change it is a recipe for disaster (Newstrom, 2015). Engstrom’s
