From this personal development plan, I gain more self-awareness about a couple ways to better my learning ability. With the self-awareness test that I took I liked the Jungian Typology test, I have learned that I am an Introvert and intuitive learner.
I thought I would have been more 15% feelings over thinking person than 6%. I found out my learning style is more Visual then tactile. I can see how I got this score though.
The way I learn and retain information is by being more hands on and rather then watching how things are done and reading about it.

The way I learn and retain information is by being more hands on and rather then watching how things are done and reading about it.
With my Locus of control, I received a score of 29. which is considered moderate to others that took the self-evaluation. Seeing that I was scored moderate compared to others makes me feel that most of the people that took the test feelings about the political questions.
The really interesting self-test I took was the Burnout test. I already knew what I was going to get a score showing I was burnt out because of my previous work experience.
The passed could of months I have dealt with a lot of crap with my past job of 10 years. I was super burnt out and knew that the score I was going to get would reflect that.
The crazy thing that surprised me was that most of everyone that took the test experience the same thing of being burnt out. There is a problem nowadays with people working and being unhappy at their jobs. Most people are stuck because they have bills and life to tend to.
My productivity score was 49%, which is considered on track. I assumed I would have gotten maybe a little bit of a higher score for that.
I am usually keep myself busy and productive. I have lists that I make every night for the next day. Whether it’s a big or small task it goes on the list so I don’t forget to complete the task.
As far as my stress scale score goes I scored a 180. Which is moderate to high chance of getting ill from this, but I feel that it’s a bit off. In the past couple of months, I have gotten rid of a lot of different things that have been weighing me down or stressing me out.
I was let go from a job of 10 years because of availability. That job, after the third year, was the most stressful thing I have had in my life. I was stuck there though needing to provide for my growing family and paying bills that have due dates on them.
I kept with it and when finding out I was let go I had mixed feelings at first
