Over the last three years Edible Arrangements’ top franchises in New York, NY have shown a decline of 5% in both the consumer and business segments. As the marketing manager Iam developing a marketing plan to increase our sales in these areas. The following plan is how we will research what new products we can launch to boost sales.
New Product Ideas
A new product line to include sugar free chocolate in addition to a new protein packed, salty nut mix. This new line will provide better coverage of the health conscious, diabetics and sugar sensitive gastric bypass consumers in the market. This offering will not only broaden our current product mix but also help us achieve increases in the consumer and business markets.
Market Research
PlanAs with any good research operation, we will collect and analyze information about our customers, competitors’ technology, global economics conditions and other factors[ CITATION Dha13 \l 1033 ] to build the best strategy for increasing sales.
