Computer Use Policy

1.Ethical computing focuses on the successful implementation and use of information by organizations and individuals, our organization is working to develop policies that respect the rights and interests of our organization as well as our stakeholders. We are instituting a new “Bring Your Own Device” policy, along with this policy we will also be installing equipment that will monitor all system activities performed by employees and members within our organization.

Full compliance of all guidelines and rules in this new “computer use policy” is mandatory, those who fail to comply will be immediately reprimanded for their actions, THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

As valued employees and members of our team, we hope that you take into consideration, that implementing these monitoring systems into our business is to help us maintain the long-standing reputation of our company, as well as demonstrate to our members/stakeholders the hard work and dedication of our employees.

By putting a stop to the misuse of company time and equipment we can increase productivity, we also feel that this new policy will help level the playing field of our associates as well, allowing upstanding employees a chance at recognition for their dedication to the business. Some examples of the new rules/regulations include, but are not limited to:

Using computer accounts and obtaining passwords without permission or proper authorization.Knowingly performing acts that interfere with the operation of our computers, terminals, peripherals and networks.

Knowingly running or installing unauthorized programs into the system or network, giving toanother user, a program that is intended to damage or places an excessive load on our system/network such as computer viruses, Trojan horses, and worms.

Performing personal tasks during work hours such as social networking, responding to emailsthat are not work related as well as instant/private messaging.We hope that once all changes are implemented we will have successfully motivated our employees to take the initiative and readiness needed to make positive contributions to the success of our business by:

Providing our employees with enough knowledge that they may be able to contribute ideas on new ways to effectively manage and exchange information in a way that does not violate our ethical, morals or rules.

Exploring ways in which we can use information technology to advance our company into the future.
