Of the four different scenarios of who bought air conditioners from Ace Heating and Cooling, the one where Breanna is a single mom would have the best chance of getting out of thecontract due to unconscionability.

This would be because of she cannot afford the air conditionerand the fact that they convinced her to sign a contract that has $300 of interest and financing feeson top of the $500 for the unit.
